My Ideal Client

My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Whether you’re feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or wanting to understand yourself better, we work together at your pace toward meaningful and lasting change. I have experience and a deep passion for working with anxiety, depression, and life transitions—however you define them. My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative, drawing from emotion-focused (EFT), psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and Gestalt therapies. This means our work can include both insight and practical tools—helping you better understand emotional patterns while also building skills to navigate daily life and relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have experience working in university counseling and community mental health settings and am deeply committed to culturally responsive and inclusive care. I also offer therapy in Armenian and strive to honor the cultural and relational contexts that shape each client’s experience. I am a Psychology Resident which means I graduated from my doctorate program and am now doing supervised work towards my licensure. Fees: I offer an out of pocket sliding scale and am in the process of insurance paneling with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda Health, PacificSource, and Aetna.
