My Approach to Helping

“In-person only at this time” ADHD is a complicated and often misunderstood diagnosis, a legitimate neuropsychological condition requiring more than willpower to manage. Whether you were diagnosed recently, in childhood, or are still seeking an assessment we can work together to identify your unique strengths and challenges. Not everyone’s brain works the same and treatment is tailored to each client with the goal of creating a safe space where they can identify their own strengths and challenges. I utilize an integrative, trauma-informed approach blending aspects of Interpersonal, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and other techniques to develop increased insight and skills/strategies that work for your brain.
