My Ideal Client

You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or challenges in your relationships. You might be in the middle of a life transition or beginning to notice how earlier experiences are shaping how you feel today. If you feel stuck in patterns that once helped you cope but no longer feel like they’re working, therapy can be a place to slow down, explore those patterns with compassion, and move toward a different kind of connection with yourself and others.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is relational and attachment-focused. I believe many of the ways we cope or protect ourselves developed in response to earlier life experiences, often in relationship with others. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and begin to notice the emotions, patterns, and responses that show up in your life. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, mindfulness, and body-based awareness. Rather than rushing to fix things, we’ll take time to get curious about what may be happening underneath the surface. Together, we can begin to understand your experiences with more compassion and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, respectful, and inclusive, where you feel seen, understood, and able to move at your own pace.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

You might find we’re a good fit if you’re looking for a therapist who is thoughtful, compassionate, and willing to slow things down with you. My approach is relational and attachment-focused, which means we pay attention to patterns that formed in earlier relationships and how they may still be shaping your experiences today. I came to this work later in life and bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to explore what matters most to you.
