My Ideal Client

Are you feeling down, anxious, or stuck? Do worries or self-doubt affect your work or relationships? I support individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them. I believe healing happens in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel seen and understood. Together, we explore your experiences, identify goals, and collaborate on a path toward growth and meaningful change.

My Approach to Helping

I take an evidence-based, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Drawing from CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and DBT, I create a safe and supportive space where you can explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns without judgment. I work collaboratively with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or trouble connecting with others. I have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and anyone looking to build confidence, self-understanding, and resilience. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered, so together we can identify what matters most to you and create a path toward meaningful growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I am a good fit for you if you are looking for a therapist who meets you where you are, listens deeply, and tailors support to your unique needs and goals. My evidence-based, client-centered approach (incorporating CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and DBT) will create a safe, supportive space for exploration and growth. I can help you navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficulty connecting with others. I will collaborate with you, helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered, while guiding you toward insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you are seeking to build confidence, process past experiences, or develop healthier ways of coping, I am here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth.
