My Ideal Client

My ideal client is someone who, even amidst pain, is open—or wanting to become open—to emotional experience as a pathway toward healing. They might be used to coping through self-reliance, numbing, or intellectualization, but are beginning to recognize that these strategies, while protective, keep them distant from their own emotional truth. My ideal client might also be drawn to meaning-making and curious about their dreams or the symbolic patterns that show up in their life.

My Approach to Helping

Working together can help loosen old patterns, deepen self-understanding, and invite more ease, vitality, and connection into your life. I often integrate experiential and relationally oriented approaches, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, dissociation, perfectionism, and self-criticism. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing from AEDP, Coherence Therapy, IFS/parts work, Dreamwork, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we cultivate the safety and connection needed to access deeper emotional truths, transform suffering at its roots, and nurture a renewed sense of wholeness and aliveness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m dedicated to ongoing learning through advanced AEDP and Dream Work training and weekly consultation with peer-reviewed therapists. I believe in the transformative potential of therapy to help us heal, grow, and reconnect with our most authentic selves.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

Anxiety often signals a nervous system under strain, working hard to manage unmet needs or unprocessed emotions. My approach allows us to slow down and bring curiosity to these internal experiences, helping you find steadiness, clarity, and a greater sense of internal safety.

  • Depression External link

Depression can feel like a dimming of light, a quiet turning inward when the self has carried too much for too long. In our work, we'll create the safety and connection needed to find what’s been hidden, inviting hope and a renewed sense of life to emerge.

  • Loss or Grief External link

Grief and loss draw us into the deepest terrain of being human. When held with compassion and accompaniment, grief can be a meaningful experience to move through—but not over. Grief work is highly personal to each individual and may include remembering, honoring, ritual, and reweaving connection.

  • PTSD External link

Trauma can fragment our sense of self and leave us feeling disconnected—from our bodies, emotions, and the people around us. Together, we'll work slowly and compassionately to process the emotions and sensations that were once too overwhelming to face alone. We create the safety needed to transform protective defenses into connection, grief into release, and fear into a renewed sense of strength, presence, and wholeness.

  • Women's Issues External link

I help women transform emotional pain into resilience and self-trust by creating a safe space to feel, process, and reconnect with their core self. My approach encourages new emotional experiences that restore confidence, connection, and vitality.
