My Ideal Client

Moments of feeling stuck and overwhelmed are inevitable, yet crucial healing occurs when we engage in genuine connection rather than carrying the burden alone. Recognizing the intensity of current challenges, finding a comfortable space to process your feelings is a profound investment in yourself. Let's collaborate to uncover and prioritize what is most important for your journey forward.

My Approach to Helping

I offer a collaborative space where you remain the primary driver of your care. I listen deeply to your needs to ensure your voice shapes our path forward. While I draw from various modalities to support you, they are simply tools used to reach your specific goals. My priority is the expertise in your own life. I am a dedicated partner helping you find the peace you deserve, ensuring your perspective stays at the very center of our work. With 20+ years of experience, I blend talk and art therapy to fit your needs. Whether you prefer traditional conversation or creative tools, the choice is yours. I support teens through seniors, in person (OR) or telehealth, to unpack identity and personal goals. My holistic approach is tailored to you, ensuring your voice guides our work together. I find that longer sessions, typically 70–75 minutes offer a deeper opportunity to process complex material and fully address clinical issues. I always partner with my clients to find what best.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I view connection as the fundamental starting point in all relationships. Through my own healing journey, which incorporated art and meaning-making, I recognized the importance of having professional support. My training as a Marriage and Family Therapist has provided me with opportunities to work with groups, families, and couples, reinforcing the value of seeing the larger systems at play in one’s life. As a registered and board-certified Art Therapist, I use the visual arts as a tool to access and explore experiences that words alone cannot express, aiding in making the unseen visible. My career has provided me experiences with many individuals in settings including those in the communities, managed & mandated care, schools, hospitals, group private practice and Universities. I am dedicated to your wellness, walking alongside you on the path that supports your most authentic growth.
