My Ideal Client

I work with adults (18+) experiencing grief, loss, depression, anxiety, boundary difficulties, major life transitions, and trauma, and I am deeply committed to advocating for LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized communities. Previous clients have described me as warm, approachable, non-judgmental, and appropriately witty.

My Background

I graduated with a bachelors in Fine Arts and Art History in Duluth, MN, and truly value creativity and art in its many forms. I hold Master of Science in Community Health with Focus in Thanatology from The City University of New York, Brooklyn, NY. I completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023, and obtained my LPC credentials in October of 2025.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have nearly a decade of professional and volunteer experience supporting individuals through grief and loss, honoring the complexity that comes with this process. I take a holistic approach to therapy, caring for the whole person while remaining mindful of how identity, health, culture, inequality, and lived experience can shape emotional well-being. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my three rambunctious cats, hiking, watching movies, listening to audiobooks, and training for my next powerlifting competition!
