Why I Became a Therapist
I became a therapist because I've always believed there is strength in vulnerability. So many people spend their lives carrying pain in silence, feeling like they have to be the strong one or keep everything together. I wanted to create a space where people could finally let their guard down and be fully seen without fear of judgment.
I believe healing begins when we're honest with ourselves and willing to be vulnerable, even when it's uncomfortable. My role is to walk alongside you as you process life's challenges, discover your strengths, and build the confidence to create meaningful change. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone realize they don't have to carry their burdens alone.
