My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about reproductive mental health and enjoy supporting individuals across the reproductive lifespan. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), I have specialized training in pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, loss, and PMDD. I also support people living with disabilities, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach is calm, collaborative, and patient. I balance warmth with thoughtful challenge, to help you understand patterns that may keep you stuck. Together, we will slow down, make space for reflection, and tune into what your body is communicating. We'll explore the stories that have shaped you while building tools to support you in everyday life. My hope is that we will create a space where you can care for yourself with more compassion, and move through healing in a way that feels both meaningful and manageable.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My lived experience with disability influences the way I show up as a therapist. I understand that disability can bring joy and grief, along with profound shifts in identity, relationships, and the way we move through the world. I honor these experiences while recognizing that each person’s story is unique. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working and volunteering in community-based social services including community mental health, crisis intervention, housing programs, and shelters. These experiences continue to shape my belief that healing happens in the context of our relationships, communities, and the systems we navigate.
