I work with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults who want support with autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and connection in their relationships. Many of my clients feel misunderstood or overwhelmed. I help them build skills, confidence, and understanding through a calm, collaborative, and affirming approach.
Specialties
I provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic children, teens, and adults. I support emotional regulation, communication, sensory needs, and social connection. I work collaboratively with families to build understanding, reduce stress, and create practical strategies for home, school, and daily life.
I support children, teens, and adults with ADHD who struggle with attention, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. Using CBT, mindfulness, and practical skill-building, I help clients understand their brains, reduce overwhelm, and create routines that support confidence at home, school, and work.
I support children and teens with autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and school stress. Using CBT, play-informed strategies, and family collaboration, I help young clients build confidence, communication skills, and resilience at home, in school, and in friendships.
I help parents understand and support their neurodivergent children with practical tools for autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, and sensory needs. Through parent coaching and family collaboration, I guide caregivers in creating calmer routines, clearer communication, and a more connected home environment.
