My Ideal Client

I work with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults who want support with autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and connection in their relationships. Many of my clients feel misunderstood or overwhelmed. I help them build skills, confidence, and understanding through a calm, collaborative, and affirming approach.

My Approach to Helping

My approach combines a humanistic, strength-based foundation with evidence-based tools that support neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, play-informed strategies, and family systems work to help clients understand their emotions, attention patterns, sensory needs, and relationships. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, where clients and families gain insight, identify core needs, and build practical skills for daily life. Many of the individuals I work with experience autism, ADHD, anxiety, or burnout, and benefit from a calm, affirming space where they can express themselves freely. I help clients develop emotional balance, improve communication, and create meaningful connections at home, in school or work environments, and within their communities.

More About the People I Treat

I work with neurodivergent clients of all ages, including children, teens, and adults who experience autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, or executive functioning struggles. Many of my clients are bright, thoughtful individuals who feel overwhelmed, socially disconnected, or unsure how to manage daily demands. I often support families who want to better understand their child’s needs and create calmer routines at home. I also help adults explore identity, stress, and relationships in a supportive environment. Whether someone is facing school challenges, burnout, or life transitions, I offer steady, compassionate care that honors their strengths.
