My Approach to Helping
Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed by life transitions, exhausted by old coping strategies, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re carrying. My goal is to offer a therapy space that feels compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely tailored to you.
My work is rooted in feminist theory and cultural humility, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming. I provide identity-affirming care for neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, and disabled clients. I also work with individuals unpacking toxic masculinity and restrictive gender roles — often helping clients explore how these messages impact emotions, relationships, vulnerability, and self-worth. Therapy with me isn’t about fitting you into a model; it’s about co-creating a space that honors who you are and what you need.
