My Approach to Helping
My approach integrates psychodynamic and somatic-based modalities to support clients in understanding, regulating, and healing the emotional and physiological responses connected to their experiences. I offer a relational, trauma-informed space that emphasizes co-regulation, nervous system integration, and support with boundaries and relationship dynamics.
I also support my clients in developing emotional regulation, communication skills, boundary setting, and relationship dynamics that will facilitate the client's transition from surviving to thriving.
