My approach integrates psychodynamic and somatic-based modalities to support clients in understanding, regulating, and healing the emotional and physiological responses connected to their experiences. I offer a relational, trauma-informed space that emphasizes co-regulation, nervous system integration, and support with boundaries and relationship dynamics.
