My Ideal Client

I feel strongly connected to the needs of my community, from those I grew up around to folks new to me. I am happy to work individually with teens and adults across identities, experiences, and wants from therapy. I have a particular passion for working with fellow Black, Indigenous, and Peoples of Color, especially those holding a Mixed- or Multi- racial identity.

My Approach to Helping

I believe that people have the capacity and right to access healing. Therapy is a great opportunity to share and explore your story as we journey toward healing. My therapeutic approach draws from narrative, existential-humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, using a social justice, decolonizing lens. It is my honor to witness you and to explore your worries, joys, and hopes with curiosity and kindness. By creating a healing space, we can better understand your concerns and access more tools to address them.
