My Ideal Client

This style of therapy is goal-oriented, it is a good fit for clients who are addressing a specific issue no matter how big or small. This style of therapy would also be great for clients who need support while they are on a waitlist for another provider as I have immediate availability.

What I Specialize In

I am experienced in working with clients with complex trauma, intimacy disorders, grief, end-of-life counseling, dissociation, attachment issues, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I also write 'gender letters' when applicable for people seeking gender-affirming health care.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I believe that each of us has the innate ability to heal when we have the right support. I have worked for the last 20 years in harm reduction, street outreach, prison doula work, and AI/AN reservation-based clinics.
