My Ideal Client

Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, the impact of trauma, or feeling lost in major life transitions. I work with adults who want more than just coping skills — they want to understand themselves, heal their pain, and live with more authenticity and ease.

My Background and Approach

My work is based in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy and is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and connection. Together, we will explore the parts of you that feel anxious, protective, hurt, or shut down — and help them work in healthier ways. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded in connection. When appropriate, I try to incorporate lightness and humor into my work.
