My Ideal Client

I primarily work with adults age 18 years and older. My preferred client is anyone who needs assistance with their mental health, navigating changes or disruptive life situations and is ready to start the process of change. I most often assist with anxiety, OCD and thought disorders, depression, past traumas, life changes, emotional regulation, stress disorders and others.

My Approach to Helping

I use a multimodal approach because everyone is unique and has their own backgrounds, history and experiences. My main methods are CBT, IFS, EFT, neuroscience, mindfulness, sensory based techniques, art therapy and talk therapy. Our first session will be discussing what you are experiencing, possible goals and building a personalized plan on helping you reach your goals. We will work at a pace that is comfortable for you in a safe, supportive, judgement and pressure free space.
