I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and additional modalities as clinically indicated to support meaningful healing and growth.

My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting others as they navigate challenges, spotlighting hope along the way. One of my greatest joys as a counselor is witnessing clients recognize hope and realize their own progress.
