Do you struggle in relationships, worry about what others think, or have a hard time expressing how you feel? This process group is for people who have experienced trauma and want to heal attachment wounds. We focus on what happens between group members in the moment, how we affect each other, what feelings comes up, and the patterns we bring into relationships. Group members practice communication, boundaries, vulnerability, and receiving honest feedback in a safe space.
