We connect with your values, gain clarity, and build upon existing strengths and resilience. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs while providing a culturally sensitive, judgment-free space. My integrative approach recognizes how trauma can affect the mind, body, and spirit.
My Values as a Therapist
I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for people of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.
A variety of play therapy tools and resources are available to support therapeutic work with younger clients. As an artist and musician, I welcome the use of creative expression, art, music, and other expressive modalities as part of the therapeutic process.
