I am ready to meet you, starting from wherever you are in your life. Together we can find a action plan for managing your stress and worry. Whether you’re in the middle of an ongoing issue or beginning a new inquiry, we will dig in deep to find solutions which bring you the calming balance you deserve. Trust your body and your body will trust you. Coming to therapy is a courageous act and an amazing gift to yourself and one which you deserve. We will discover where can you find freedom within yourself and be mindful in all your life moments and challenges. I specialize in grief and loss as well as general anxiety, isolation and depression.

My Background

I work with individuals addressing a wide variety of concerns such as anxiety and depression, food and eating behaviors, anger, grief, perfectionism, stress, loneliness and isolation. I am a native of Portland, Oregon and a licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Counseling from George Fox University. I have 15 years background as a licensed health coach, nutritionist and yoga instructor. My work to date has been done in private practice as well as working as a Mental Health Counselor for both men and women in the State Prison system and the Washington County Jail. My current office location is not ADA compliant, however I am available to meet at alternative locations which are ADA compliant. **Feel free to email or call with any questions.
