My Ideal Client
My intention is to collaboratively create space that affords those I work with entry to home; inside themselves, within relationship, and entwined into community.
My Approach to Helping
Using a psychodynamic approach, my work revolves around creating trusted companionship to explore one’s inner worlds and offering solace at particularly shadowed depths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Striving to practice an embodied abolitionist stance, I humbly reckon with the ways in which systemic oppression impacts my and my client’s daily lives and how those intersect. I believe in the butterfly effect, that by remaining dedicated to one’s self-compassion, and steady self-change, each of us can become the stewards of the future world we need.
