My Approach to Helping

Utilizing evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I will work closely with you to identify thoughts, emotions, and behaviors contributing to your distress. I also integrate Restoration Therapy, mindfulness, contemporary psychodynamic therapy, Exposure and Response Therapy, and other empirically supported treatments as needed.
