My Approach to Helping

My practice is rooted in eco-therapy in which I invite the natural world as a guide in co-regulation, reflection, and connection. You will have the space to speak freely, I will listen without judgment, we will learn to let the environment support us wherever it is we may be. When we slow down, we remember we are part of something larger — this can ease the loneliness, self-criticism, and pressure that often weigh us down. We can experience belonging without having to prove or perform, inviting gentleness, honesty, and new possibilities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Counseling is a relationship; one where you get to experience care, discovery, and belonging as your whole self, unconditionally. My style is steady and attuned; I offer both gentle presence and thoughtful challenge. I honor the many ways we come back to ourselves. I believe healing is a collaborative process – one rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a strong sense of care. I make room for you to unlearn, to unravel, reveal, and reconnect to something larger, to all that makes us whole.

Whether we’re walking in the woods, sharing a park bench, tending to a plant, remembering a meaningful place — we can share in joy and sorrow, clarity and confusion, stillness and movement, all of what it means to be alive. Just as ecosystems thrive in reciprocity, we also thrive when our inner world is held in relationship with the outer one. Connecting to the natural world can help you return to your body, calm your nervous system, and experience feeling more grounded in the present moment.
