My Ideal Client

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My specialty is working with clients on past and present trauma. Collaboration and Transparency are very important to me, so expect to establish goals that matter to you, understand your diagnoses and treatment plan, and know why and how we are approaching these things in therapy

My Approach to Helping

Currently, my focus is on providing EMDR both in person and virtually as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize a lot of Collaborative Problem Solving and Motivational Interviewing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Regardless of approach, there is nothing more satisfying than giving adults, kids, and families the tools to succeed by whatever metric is most meaningful to them.
