What I Specialize In

I provide relationship therapy to couples and/or co-parents, as well as other dyads or groupings. I work with a lot of neurodivergent populations, especially late-realized Autistic folx. I practice child-centered play therapy and utilize other modalities for young children and their grown ups. Populations and/or communities I commonly work with include perinatal, couples, neurodivergent, queer and/or questioning, young children, parents, adults who have parents with personality disorders, and folx with historical trauma. I emphasize a collaborative therapeutic relationship at the core of my practice and work to provide a safe, inviting, and accepting relationship with each of my clients. My approach to counseling is anti-oppressive, client-centered, and strengths-based and I believe that each individual’s struggle is laced with societal influences that can cause or exacerbate personal trauma.

My Values as a Therapist

I provide clinical supervision to Registered Associates in Oregon, both on the LPC and LMFT track, as well as consultation to licensed clinicians. My approach is direct and supportive, and I blend reflective responses with directive guidance. I am not currently taking on therapy clients, but do have openings for clinical supervision. I have a passion for providing emerging therapists with good quality supervision and it is my hope that I can do so for you.
