My Ideal Client

I specialize in neurodiversity, gender diversity, eating disorders, and coping with chronic health conditions. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and am currently opening up my availability for new clients starting in August. I will be a psychologist resident effective September '25 and new clients will need to consent to having a clinical supervisor overseeing my work.

My Approach to Helping

I am social justice-oriented, psychodynamic in orientation, and utilize evidence-based practices such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR. I like to get at the root of things and appreciate deep, identity-based work that is contingent on a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in which respect and autonomy are the foundation of our connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I firmly believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental right rather than a privilege. As such, I am dedicated to increasing access to care as an advocate for social change. My commitment to equity is rooted and informed by liberation psychology, ecopsychology, and humanistic values, all of which I see as paramount to dismantling the Eurocentric pathologization of the minority experience and recognizing the ways in which interdependence shapes human consciousness.
