My Ideal Client

I am a Resident Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor currently under supervision of a licensed psychologist. I specialize in neurodiversity, gender diversity, eating disorders, and coping with chronic health conditions.

My Approach to Helping

I am social justice-oriented, psychodynamic in orientation, and utilize evidence-based practices such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR. I like to get at the root of things and appreciate deep, identity-based work that is contingent on a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in which respect and autonomy are the foundation of our connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I view therapy as a holistic and collaborative process that creates space for the authentic self to emerge from the unconscious. My commitment to equity is guided by the principles of liberation psychology, ecopsychology, and humanistic values.
