My Ideal Client

If you are imaginative, an artist or performer, a parent, or drawn to therapies that place process on equal footing with verbalization, we might be a good fit. I love working with children, young adults and all people who have a felt understanding of inhabiting otherness. Play, laughter and irreverence are all so important in connecting to our wholeness and resourcing beyond our lived experience.

My Background and Approach

I work with youth 9+, adults, families, artists and fellow therapists in Oregon and Washington. My physical practice is located in Portland, OR. In addition to regular weekly sessions, I offer Brainspotting Intensives — extended, focused therapy sessions designed for clients who want deeper, time‑limited work on trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or stuck patterns that haven’t shifted with traditional weekly therapy. These intensives provide uninterrupted time for exploration and integration, and may include art therapy integration for clients who find visual or non‑verbal processing helpful. Intensives are offered in structured half-day and multi-day formats to support depth and pacing. Depending on the type of intensive, sessions may take place within a single day or across two consecutive days, allowing time for rest and reflection between sessions.

My Values as a Therapist

I do believe the personal is political. My practice is creative and dynamic, grounded in my formal education but also my senses, experiences and relationships with teachers and mentors well versed in the healing arts and sciences. I believe therapy functions as one tool to bring us each closer to our shared humanity and therefore the collective good. Therapists and consultants have been guides and mothers in my own life offering wisdom and witnessing when it was not available elsewhere. Ultimately, these relationships anchor my work and form my foundation. I also frame interpersonal truths within the context of white supremacy, racism, classism, fatphobia, ableism and systemic harm toward gender diverse and queer people. I am deeply troubled by the state violence currently being enacted upon families, children and individuals in our migrant populations. I have a limited number of pro-bono spaces for individuals in communities directly targeted and impacted by this violence.
