My Ideal Client
I work with adults and teens (16+). My goal is to provide a safe relationship for exploring the emotions and inner conflicts that underlie the issues people bring to therapy.
My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is relational and psychodynamic. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on uncovering patterns that influence thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Relational therapy places emphasis on the therapeutic relationship itself, and helps people work through issues that make relationships a challenge. This approach to therapy people gain new perspectives and create meaningful, long-lasting changes.

My work is guided by the belief that our intersecting identities play a significant role in our lives and the therapy process. I believe that everyone deserves to have a therapeutic relationship where they can bring their whole self.
