My approach to therapy involves person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational modalities that enable us to explore lifelong, underlying patterns of thinking and behavior in a safe and connected environment. My therapeutic style allows me to hold sensitivity towards your emotional and cognitive state while empowering us to access insights into what experiences and beliefs have impacted your wellbeing. With these insights we will explore the most effective forms of coping and change that will be most beneficial to your personal needs.
