My Ideal Client

I work best with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. My ideal clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to cope, but are open to support and ready to explore new ways of understanding themselves. I especially enjoy working with people who are sensitive, thoughtful, and striving to make meaningful changes in their lives. You're not alone—I’m here to help you move forward with compassion and clarity.

How I Can Help You

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and develop tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control. Whether you’re overwhelmed by big emotions, struggling to stay focused, or adjusting to a new stage of life, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward growth and healing. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I welcome children, teens, and adults into my practice and tailor sessions to meet your unique needs. You don’t have to face it all alone. I’m here to help.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. As a therapist, I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for all identities. I'm especially committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating anxiety, depression, or major life changes. I'm trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and have a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and walk alongside you in hard times. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and others.
