My Ideal Client

I work with individuals healing from trauma, managing addiction, and navigating relationships, identity, or family dynamics. This includes people affected by a loved one’s intense or challenging behaviors. My practice is inclusive of all identities and relationship structures. My clients seek to break patterns, align with their values, and build more authentic, connected lives.

My Background and Approach

With over 15 years of experience, I support individuals navigating trauma, addiction, attachment wounds, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I provide inclusive, affirming care for people of all identities and relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, and everything in between. I also work with those impacted by a loved one’s addiction or emotional struggles. My approach draws from behavioral, attachment-based, and values-driven therapies, including ACT and CBT. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, interrupt harmful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on aligning your life with what matters most. Together, we work to increase self-trust, expand your capacity for connection, and foster a deeper sense of wholeness in how you relate to yourself and others.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe therapy works best when it feels real, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I show up as a human first—warm, curious, and engaged. My goal is to offer a space where you can be honest, explore what’s been painful or stuck, and move toward something more aligned with who you are and what you care about. I welcome people of all identities and relationship structures, and I approach conversations around identity, culture, and power with openness and humility. I value creativity, connection, and a sense of humor in this work. I believe healing often starts with feeling safe enough to be seen—and grows through tending to your limits, honoring your needs, and rebuilding self-compassion. Outside of sessions, I spend my time being near water whenever I can and hanging out with my dog, Woody Harrelson—who occasionally appears in virtual sessions and takes his role as therapy assistant very seriously.
