Our Ideal Client

WE HAVE A FEW OPENINGS FOR THERAPY PATIENTS: We have a Master's level doctoral student supervised by Dr. Winter. Out of pocket at $100 per session. Ages 16 and older. WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS FOR ASSESSMENT : We are scheduling for February and will offer appointments in the order completed intake documentation is received TIME LIMITED INTERVENTIONS (from 4 to 20 sessions) are available. Our Approach to Helping

We are committed to offering a non-judgmental space for you to bring any unanswered questions about your mental health. Individual therapy is offered with doctoral practicum students and available at a cash pay rate of $100 per session. This is available for folks 60+. We are unable to offer trauma focused treatment at this time, though our practice is trauma informed We also have a number of time limited, or brief interventions available (think 4 to 20 visits) including but not limited to skills training for ADHD, Vasovagal theory, and assertive communication/conflict resolution

    Dr. Winter has experience in assessing ADHD in teens and adults. She is skilled at diagnostic clarification including co-morbid ADHD and ASD, PTSD, OCD and Bipolar Disorder. She has experience with skills training specialized for adults with ADHD. She is skilled at identifying ADHD in women, intellectually gifted folks, and those for whom this diagnosis is often missed. She understands the stigma around this diagnosis - even among medical and mental health providers
