Our Approach to Helping

We are committed to offering a non-judgmental space for you to bring any unanswered questions about your mental health. New Insights does not offer ongoing individual therapy. We also offer topical skills training sessions for ADHD (see Interventions and Other Services on our website) and intermittent group therapy.
