Dr. Winter has experience in assessing ADHD in teens and adults. She is skilled at diagnostic clarification including co-morbid ADHD and ASD, PTSD, OCD and Bipolar Disorder. She has experience with skills training specialized for adults with ADHD. She is skilled at identifying ADHD in women, intellectually gifted folks, and those for whom this diagnosis is often missed. She understands the stigma around this diagnosis - even among medical and mental health providers

Topics include planner use, scheduling, time management, prioritizing, breaking down tasks., addressing problems with motivation and other emotional barriers, goal setting, and to do lists.
