Specialties
Aside providing patients with medication management and psycho-education, my patients are treated holistically which encompasses the mind and body rather than only the illness suffered by the patient.
I use evidence-based practice guidelines to provide medication management with psycho-education in my practice tailored to improve overall functioning.
Specialties
I provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations for adolescents and adults using evidence-based diagnostic assessments, including QbCheck objective ADHD testing when clinically appropriate. Treatment includes individualized medication management, behavioral strategies, executive functioning support, and practical tools to improve focus, organization, productivity, and overall daily functioning while addressing co-occurring mental health conditions.
I specialize in the assessment and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and stress-related conditions. I use evidence-based medication management and supportive psychotherapy to help clients reduce anxiety, build resilience, and improve quality of life.
I treat major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, and treatment-resistant depression using individualized, evidence-based care. My approach combines medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and ongoing monitoring to help clients improve mood, restore functioning, and achieve sustained recovery.
I provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, cannabis, stimulants, and prescription medication misuse. Treatment focuses on comprehensive evaluation, medication-assisted treatment when appropriate, relapse prevention, management of co-occurring psychiatric disorders, and coordination of care to support long-term recovery.
I provide compassionate psychiatric care for women across the lifespan, including reproductive and hormonal mental health concerns such as premenstrual disorders, pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders, perimenopause, and menopause. Treatment is individualized and considers each woman's unique biological, psychological, and social needs.
