My Ideal Client

A driving force behind me becoming a therapist is to help preteens, adolescents, and families create more understanding among each other. Different circumstances, life cycles, and more can cause loved ones to clash. With the right tools and right level of commitment, these challenges can deepen their connections in the present and future. I also treat couples struggling to maintain a satisfying, two-way relationship and empower them to experience more fulfillment.

My Approach to Helping

Making room for everyone’s uniqueness is essential to creating more harmony in families, couples, and even within oneself. Providing every family member or partner space to be themselves and express themselves promotes more understanding, ultimately leading to more honest and fulfilling relationships. This type of growth helps drive real change. I join clients on a journey that leads them to see how their individuality can thrive in their family, romantic relationship, and/or societal contexts. And much more!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Where we come from, how we’re raised, societal norms, and more help shape us. But we also possess a unique superpower that deserves a voice: individuality. This can create challenges in relationships, but it can also make those relationships more fulfilling and meaningful. I believe finding an optimal balance between one's individuality and their relationships is integral to a quality well-being. Learning how to be one's true self and how to accept someone else's true self is how we experience and maintain the deepest connection possible.
