My Ideal Client

Empowering preteens, adolescents, families, and young couples to deepen their connections drove me to pursue therapy. New circumstances, unresolved tension, and more can cause loved ones to clash. Addressing these challenges and achieving resolution can strengthen these relationships, ultimately leading to more fulfillment and satisfaction. My clients include youth and adults from broken families, engaged couples, and married couples.

My Approach to Helping

Making room for everyone’s uniqueness is essential to creating more harmonious relationships. Every individual deserves space to be themselves and express themselves. This promotes more understanding, ultimately leading to more honest and fulfilling relationships. Growth like this drives real change and strengthens connection. My approach includes examining the influence of a client's family of origin. This includes but is not limited to how their family of origin shaped their beliefs and created their understanding of relationships. I also help the client explore their emotions deeper and their associated experiences. Gaining this level of clarity gives a client insight into themselves and reveals what will be the most effective coping strategies.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Where we come from, how we’re raised, societal norms, and more help shape us. But we also possess a unique superpower that deserves a voice: individuality. This can create challenges in relationships, but it can also make those relationships more fulfilling and meaningful. I believe finding an optimal balance between one's individuality and their relationships is integral to a quality well-being. Learning how to be one's true self and how to accept someone else's true self is how we experience and maintain the deepest connection possible.
