Our Ideal Client

I believe in integrative mental health care encompassing not only medication intervention but also promoting a healthy active lifestyle, compassion, and a spiritual connection with the world and nature. All aspects of life contribute to mental health, and I believe the journey for mental health wellness is lifelong for everybody including myself and colleagues.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to patient care is straightforward and honest and I believe it’s important to include my clients in the decision-making process for their care. I’m not into using fancy clinical terminology and attempt to make every patient encounter as humanistic as possible. This provides an open dialogue that is comfortable and not one sided solely based on my medical expertise but inclusive to my client’s concerns and past experiences. The world is interconnected, and we all are part of the greater cosmos. My goal is for my clients to feel love, feel purpose, to feel connected, to move forward and enjoy life to the fullest because I believe everybody in the world has this right.
