I believe that the heart of therapy lies in the connection between therapist and client. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we explore your strengths, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth in a safe, supportive environment. Reaching out for support takes real courage, and I want to honor that first step. People come to therapy for so many reasons—sometimes because they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone; other times because relationships feel hard, or anxiety and depression are getting in the way of daily life. Whatever has brought you here, you’ll be met with warmth, empathy, and genuine care.
