My Ideal Client

Are you hungry for connection, yet plagued by a fear of rejection? Does your heart race while you wait for them to read your text, convinced that they won’t respond? When you’re honest with yourself, do you dream of being deeply witnessed and celebrated by another, despite being your own worst critic? If at times you feel caught on a see-saw of longing for love and connection while downplaying your own needs, desires, and strengths, know that there’s nothing innately wrong with you at all.

How I Can Help You

You are worthy of the fulfilling and life-affirming relationships that you seek. But it’s possible that your ability to co-create these types of stable connections is impeded by unprocessed past relationship wounds, painful early childhood memories, or struggles relating to your attachment style. Let’s get into it, and journey into the heart of who you were, who you are, and who you’ve yet to become. Together, we’ll gently meet those fragments — I call them “parts” — of yourself that are shut down from past trauma, or still sweaty-palmed from unhealed anxieties or outdated embarrassments. Informed by evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and Internal Family Systems, we’ll cultivate a gutsy self-compassion that fuels your resilience, opens you up to fresh possibilities, and empowers you to find — and hold onto — the relationships that you’ve been wishing for.

More About the People I Treat

If you're a young adult (20-35) navigating the aftermath of toxic relationships—romantic, familial, or platonic—let's collaborate to reclaim your power and create a future where you thrive. I enjoy and have experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and see the knowledge and resistance of oppressive systems as an essential part of my work as a licensed therapist. Additionally, if you're navigating complex trauma, regardless of your background, and resonate with my approach, please reach out. I would love to hear from you.
