My Ideal Client

As a therapist, I support through a “body first” approach to healing. I merge evidenced based "top down - bottom up" somatic approaches needed to create pathways of new experience. In our sessions, you can expect to go beyond conventional therapy. In our time together, we will engage with your body's wisdom and reimagine personal narratives, turning these insights into practical actions for holistic healing and self-growth.

My Approach to Helping

My tools include EMDR, Hakomi Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment, Co-regulataing touch for Trauma and Narrative Therapy My style is dynamic, collaborative, and validating. These frameworks and my past life experiences provide a lens through which I’ve learned how to offer compassionate, non-judgemental co-resonance.
