My Ideal Client

Many of us were taught to move through life as if our value comes from how much we can produce, achieve, and endure. Push through exhaustion. Stay busy. Ignore the signals of the body. Take more than we replenish. Keep going, no matter the cost. Over time, this way of living can leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from each other, and from the living world around us.

My Approach to Helping

I use a body based approach to trauma healing and nervous system regulation. I'm an EMDRIA certified therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I weave culture rich traditions and modern approaches to trauma together to impact what's meaningful to you. I am currently learning to support parents and children ages 0-6 through a collaborative process of play therapy called Child and Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). My style is dynamic, collaborative, and validating. I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space grounded in consent and shared safety. Sessions are flexible and offered via telehealth and in person. I welcome first-time therapy clients and those who are tired of talk heavy approaches.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe what many of us are truly hungry for isn't more information, productivity, or achievement. We're longing for experiences that help us remember we belong. If your nervous system has been asking for a slower pace... If your body has been yearning to feel awe again... If you've been craving the sensation of being part of something greater than yourself... Reach out. Reconnect. The path back to ourselves often begins with remembering that we were never separate to begin with. I am compassionate, direct, affirming, and lead with playfulness. I bring acknowledgment of the ways systems of oppression impact lived experience and a practice that is grounded in culture-centered, liberation frameworks.
