My Ideal Client

You’re someone who’s willing to look inward—even when it’s uncomfortable—because something needs to shift. Maybe the old tools no longer work, and the way forward feels unclear. You might be asking deeper questions about identity, purpose, or connection. My clients often show up in times of transition or growing pains, with a quiet sense that more is possible. They’re curious, thoughtful, and value honesty, humor, and depth. Many are queer or questioning and want space to be fully seen.

How I Can Help You

What if the parts of you that feel messy or uncertain are actually invitations—to slow down, get curious, and listen more closely? What if change doesn’t have to be forced, but can emerge through presence, reflection, and connection? In therapy, I bring my full attention to what’s unfolding in the room—without judgment, and without rushing. Together, we ask questions that don’t always have quick answers: Where does it hurt? What’s shifting? What no longer fits? What parts of you are ready to be seen, or softened into? I use metaphor and imagery to explore what’s hard to say directly—because sometimes the best way to understand something is to feel our way into it. I draw on your lived experiences, strengths, and values to help illuminate new perspectives and guide your process of becoming. We collaborate, we slow down, and we make meaning together. What might that make possible? What would it be like to care for yourself as someone worth knowing? Worth honoring? Worth growing into?

My Values as a Therapist

I believe therapy is a space where authenticity can grow—not through performance, but through presence. I value honesty, curiosity, and care. I show up as a real person in the room, and I invite you to do the same, in your own way and in your own time. It isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about tending to what’s true, with compassion and respect for all parts of you. I value collaboration. I don’t have an agenda for who you should become. Instead, we explore together: What does a meaningful life look like for you? What feels aligned, even if it’s unfamiliar? What does it mean to choose yourself, to live more fully in your truth? As a queer therapist, I value self-inquiry, lived experience, and the kind of accountability that deepens connection. I believe in the healing power of being witnessed and in the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up. If you’re willing to be present and honest—with yourself and with me—we can build something real together.
