My Ideal Client

I work with adults across the lifespan who are dealing with issues such as grief and loss, the impacts of trauma, relationship conflict, depression, social anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions.

My Approach to Helping

I use a psychodynamic and narrative approach and incorporate techniques and perspectives from somatic therapies, motivational interviewing, existential therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I believe therapy is a co-created space in which we work together to find your path toward healing and self-understanding. Understanding our past and our patterns can help us build agency in shaping our present and future, and cultivating compassion, curiosity, and trust in ourselves can be powerful catalysts for change. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and have been practicing therapy since 2024. I provide therapy at William Temple House on a sliding scale starting at $40 and have availability Monday through Thursday each week. Thank you for your consideration, and please reach out if you have any questions or would like to schedule a free consultation.

Why I Became a Therapist

I was drawn to this work for many reasons, including a lifelong pull toward listening to others and understanding both the unique complexities of and the commonalities across our individual experiences. I feel honored to sit alongside the people I work with and have deep respect for the many ways you’ve likely already found your own pathways toward healing. My background includes working in street outreach, as a domestic violence advocate, in environmental science working in wetlands and forests, and as a climbing and backpacking guide. I still spend most of my free time outside.
