My Ideal Client

You're thoughtful, sensitive, and used to holding a lot for others. What once helped you stay connected and capable now leaves you feeling anxious, overextended, or unsure where you end and others begin. You’ve learned to read the room, anticipate others’ needs, and keep things running smoothly, often at your own expense. Over time, this can show up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling constantly "on." You want closeness without losing yourself, boundaries without guilt, and a steadier,

My Approach to Helping

My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who appear to be doing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected underneath. They may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, or relationship challenges. Together, we explore the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, especially the ones that developed early in life and once helped you adapt. Therapy is a space to slow down, listen more closely to your emotions, your nervous system, and the parts of yourself that have been carrying too much for too long. As insight deepens, new possibilities emerge. Over time, this work can help you feel more grounded, develop healthier boundaries, build self-trust, and create more fulfilling relationships with yourself and the people around you.

Why I Became a Therapist

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Fine Arts degree and worked in the film industry, where I became fascinated by storytelling and the ways people make meaning of their lives. Again and again, I saw how the stories we tell ourselves can either keep us stuck or open the door to change. Over time, my interest shifted from telling stories to helping people better understand their own. That path eventually led me to psychotherapy. Today, I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity, self-awareness, and the courage to explore the parts of ourselves that often go unseen. It's a privilege to help people reconnect with who they are and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Relational  External link

I specialize in relational therapy, which explores how your relationships, past and present, shape the way you relate to yourself and others. Together, we bring curiosity and compassion to patterns that may contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or relationship challenges. The therapeutic relationship becomes a space to build self-awareness, trust yourself more deeply, and create more authentic connections.

  • Psychodynamic  External link

Psychodynamic therapy helps us explore the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Many of these patterns developed early in life and once served an important purpose, but may now contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or relationship struggles. Through greater awareness and understanding, you can begin to make lasting changes and live more authentically.

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

I integrate somatic therapy to help clients better understand the connection between their emotions, nervous system, and physical experience. By paying attention to what is happening in the body, we can develop greater awareness of stress, anxiety, and longstanding patterns. This approach supports grounding, self-regulation, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself, helping you feel more present and resilient in daily life.

  • Eclectic External link

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from relational, psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we explore the patterns shaping your life and relationships, helping you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and the capacity for meaningful change.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

I help adults who struggle with anxiety, especially when it shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or difficulty slowing down. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that contribute to anxiety while developing a greater understanding of your emotions, relationships, and nervous system. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself so anxiety no longer runs the show.

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

I work with individuals navigating relationship and marriage challenges, including communication difficulties, boundary issues, and feeling disconnected from a partner. Our work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to others and yourself, especially those that show up in moments of stress or conflict. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you move toward more authentic and connected relationships.

  • Self-Esteem External link

I support clients who struggle with self-esteem, often rooted in long-standing patterns of self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling not enough. Together, we explore where these beliefs come from and how they show up in your relationships, emotions, and inner experience. This process helps you develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and a more grounded sense of your own worth.

  • Men's Issues External link

I work with men navigating challenges around identity, emotional expression, relationships, and societal expectations. Many men feel pressure to stay composed, “tough it out,” or disconnect from their emotions, which can lead to anxiety, isolation, or relationship difficulties. In our work, we explore these pressures with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop greater emotional awareness and a more authentic and connected way of relating to yourself and others.
