My Ideal Client

Is life not always making sense in this new season? Do you find yourself in a season of transition - a relationship shift, career change, loss, identity questions, or simply feeling stuck? I understand that life can have unexpected bumps that feel disorienting and difficult. Adjusting to change isn't easy, and it is completely normal to experience anxiety, grief, or confusion along the way.

My Approach to Helping

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, with the understanding that emotions are a vital part of our experience. They can offer insight into our needs, desires, and the challenges we face. I believe that our bodies also hold important clues to our emotional and mental states, and by tuning into them, we can deepen our understanding of ourselves and heal in a more integrated way. I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, while providing a safe, supportive, and empathetic space where you can explore and honor this season in your life.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I saw individuals and communities—across many different contexts—struggling, often without realizing they needed support. I noticed how people were acting and speaking from wounded places, sometimes causing harm to themselves and those around them. That moved me. I believe that spaces like places of worship, which are meant to offer refuge, often lack the mental health support needed for true healing and connection. My hope is to bridge that gap, helping individuals find the peace, self-awareness, and acceptance we all deserve. To me, therapy is about more than just coping—it’s about growing into a more compassionate and whole version of ourselves, for our own sake and for the sake of the communities we’re part of.
