What I Specialize In

I specialize in childhood trauma, including abuse, latch-key, abandonment, and parental rejection. I also am experienced in other traumas, such as combat, workforce, or other significant trauma, having PTSD myself from Vietnam and multiple divorces. I empower adults, both men and women, to become the person they truly want to be, their individual and "True Self."

Why We Started this Group Practice

I started the group practice named Oregon Directions, to find, keep, and teach all counselors the importance of agency support, group recognition for all counselors and therapists, and the value of personally interacting with all other counselors, regardless of their present or future employers, in ways that exemplifies and raises each of us to higher standards of care and capabilities for the benefit of all clients. The Vision and Mission Statements provide clear guidance to all counselors that our clients deserve only the best and our daily work and on-going intentions are to work together to achieve that goal.
