I specialize in helping individuals experiencing eating disorders, body image disturbance, and LGBTQIA+ related issues, with thoughtfulness towards their intersectionality. I support individuals questioning or exploring their identity, struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, impacts of trauma, and establishing new coping skills. I appreciate supporting a wide range of clients wanting to focus on self-exploration, healing, and growth.

My Approach to Helping

I believe in supporting the person as a whole. I respect the mind-body connection and your lived experience. I value open communication and collaboration with my clients to support making larger changes and harm reduction. I practice through a humanistic lens with a trauma-informed, queer affirming, neurodiverse affirming, and strengths-based foundation.

I have worked in eating disorder treatment since 2015, providing support at various levels of care ranging from Residential, PHP/IOP, and Outpatient. I provide additional perspective and knowledge for my LGBTQIA+ clients struggling with eating disorders and body image disturbance, along with additional co-occurring diagnoses.
