My passions and experiences are rooted in working with adults (18+), LGBTQIA2s+, BIPOC, creatives, neurodivergent people (ADHD/Autism/Gifted/2e/3e), people living with chronic illness, and those existing in marginalized bodies. Additionally, I often enjoy working with healthcare providers, including other therapists.
Specialties
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that has been effective in treating a wide range of mental health concerns. ACT encourages individuals to become aware of and embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than trying to control or eliminate them. This therapeutic approach focuses on accepting the present moment and engaging in behaviors that align with one's values, regardless of the thoughts and emotions that may arise.
I provide 3 unique evaluation options for ADHD and Autism for adolescents and adults. I also provide assessments for those seeking gender affirming surgery and are in need of a letter of support. My process is collaborative and client-centered. I aim to provide clients with meaningful insights and affirmation of their experiences, while facilitating clients’ understanding of their concerns and next steps for treatment.
