My Ideal Client

If you are feeling; stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, not like yourself, depressed and anxious more than you’d like, burnt out with no energy left, or isolated and lonely even in the midst of your busy life, then I am so glad you’re here and it’s time for a change. I work with adults struggling with Depression & Low Mood, Anxiety & Panic, Grief & Loss, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Parenting/Motherhood, Caregiving, Life Transitions, and other life challenges.

My Approach to Helping

I provide online mental health therapy to adults struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive space to process the confusion, pain, stress, anxiety and sadness you may be experiencing. We will work together to find new ways of coping, and to find growth and recovery.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in inclusivity, celebrate diversity and strive to promote equity and inclusion for all. Even though we might not come from the same background, I vow to honor your experience, work to understand you, and always treat you with respect. I believe in body positivity and acceptance, and that self compassion is a powerful way to accept yourself and build inner strength. I believe every person deserves love and respect. I believe in caring about my clients and in the power of the therapy relationship. If you are unsure if therapy is right for you, that’s perfectly okay, reach out with any questions you might have!
