My Ideal Client
I work with individuals navigating a variety of concerns, including complex trauma, acute trauma, emotional dysregulation and chronic distress, relational difficulty, and life stressors.
My Approach to Helping
I practice at the intersection of evidence-based therapies and a warm relational approach. I’m passionate about building a compassion filled environment where individuals can feel heard, increase their skillset and find movement toward a life of hope, fulfillment, and connection. I utilize Contextual Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems, and will use additional orientations based on client need. All orientations are practiced through a Client-focused and Trauma-Informed lens.
It’s my goal to ensure you feel comfortable bringing your whole authentic self into the room, and feel safe to share, as we collaborate toward achieving your treatment goals. I offer a free 15 minute consultation for a stress free way to meet and determine if it feels like a good fit. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
