My Ideal Client

My offerings include Psychotherapy, Yoga Therapy, and Design Therapy to support whole-person wellbeing, embodied regulation, and spaces that hold your life—especially during times of transition and change. Through experiential awareness, somatic inquiry, and soulful dialogue, we explore what's emerging in the here-and-now. We tend to what has been unfinished, disowned, or dismissed - so you can reclaim vitality and reorient toward meaning.

My Approach to Helping

My approach helps you understand where you are in your seasonal cycle and supports you in aligning your mind, body, relationships, and environment with that truth—so your inner and outer worlds can work together rather than in tension. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t always look like progress—it often feels like circling back, softening, or standing still long enough to hear what’s really true. I created Seasons of Self as a space for those in transition, for those longing for deeper connection, and for those who feel most at home in liminal places. This understanding has been shaped not only through my clinical training and therapeutic work, but through years of living, studying, and traveling internationally. If you’re navigating a threshold, feeling the pull toward a more rooted, intentional way of being, or seeking a space that honors your full humanity, I’d love to walk alongside you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Being human in today’s world can feel like living in a constant state of fragmentation — pulled in every direction by relationships, caretaking, work, responsibilities, and the wider pressures of a world in crisis. From the personal to the political, the demands can feel endless. Somewhere in the midst of it all, you may notice how far you’ve drifted from your own center. The inner world often mirrors this outer overwhelm. Competing thoughts, emotional waves, critical voices, and the silent weight of sensations held in the body — it can all feel like too much. Like there’s no space to just be with yourself. Therapy offers a space to pause — to slow down and return to your breath, your body, your truth. It’s not about fixing or rushing toward answers. It’s about making space for what’s here, now. This is relational work — rooted in trust, co-creation, and a deep respect for the intelligence of your system. Together, we listen for what wants to unfold.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Loss or Grief External link

Liminal Space & Life Transitions: There are seasons in life where nothing quite fits the way it used to—but what’s next hasn’t fully taken shape yet. You may feel suspended between identities, roles, relationships, or ways of being. This in-between space can bring uncertainty, grief, restlessness, or a sense of disorientation. This specialty area is for those navigating threshold moments—ending or beginning relationships, career shifts, relocations, identity changes, or deeper internal awakening

  • Women's Issues External link

From menstruation to the initiations of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, the body is not separate from our emotional and psychological experience—it is speaking through it. This specialty area is for supporting women in relationship with their changing bodies across the full arc of the female lifecycle. You may be navigating hormonal shifts, mood changes, identity transitions, fertility journeys, or a quiet (or not-so-quiet) sense that the way you’ve been living no longer aligns.
