My Ideal Client

Are you feeling stressed, unhappy, frustrated, hopeless, misunderstood, or burnt out? I often work with folks who are queer, trans, or Latinx, like myself. I've worked with my LGBTQ+ community and beyond for over 10 years. I also have a special interest in working with those who'd like to navigate and explore gender and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My Approach to Helping

I know that there are multilayered forms of oppression that can impact our daily lives and sense of well being. I also know that you are the ultimate expert on yourself. Sometimes, we just need some support to figure out who that really is. I want to help you tap into a deeper understanding of yourself and figure out pathways to joy and fulfillment.

I work collaboratively and with purposeful curiosity, using affirmative approaches that are trauma-informed and strengths-based. I honor all of who you are and believe in your capacity to heal.
