My Ideal Client

Most people begin seeking therapy once they’ve hit a low point. Maybe it’s a rock bottom, burnout from stressful environments, or just a sense that life isn’t feeling as full or meaningful as it once did. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll create space to understand what is happening, reconnect with your inner strength, and find an authentic path forward- one that aligns with who you are and what you need.

How I Can Help You

Healing is our birthright. My goal is to help you connect with who you truly are and to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I offer guidance and a steady, grounding presence as you create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore emotional patterns shaping your life, understand where they come from, and release the beliefs that no longer serve you. We’ll work to reconnect you with your values, intuition, and sense of self so that you can navigate life from a more grounded and authentic place. That support can look like building coping tools, strengthening boundaries and relationships, or cultivating self-compassion to move through challenges with more ease.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is rooted in liberatory, anti-oppressive, and humanistic values. Clinically, I draw from psychoanalytic and attachment-based theories, which helps us understand how early developmental experiences and relationship influence patterns, symptoms, and struggles that bring many people to therapy. Together, we gently explore these roots with compassion rather than shame, creating space fro new understanding and change. I also integrate Polyvagal Theory, which helps us track nervous system states, which becomes a powerful guide for regulation. For deeper trauma work, I have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to support the reprocessing of painful memories and beliefs, allowing them to shift from limiting and protective to more empowering, aligned truths. Through this blend of insight, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed care, my goal is to help you build a relationship with yourself that feels more free, steady, and whole.
